News 95.7 is predicting that when the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board resets prices at midnight, the price of regular self-serve will drop by about four cents a litre.

The drop would move the price per litre below the $1.20 mark.

“Refineries are operating at 90.4 per cent of capacity over last week, gasoline inventories up five million barrels this week, distillate inventories up three million barrels, oil inventories up 800-thousand barrels,” said Murphy.

Across the border in New Brunswick, regulated prices dropped by 4.2 cents a litre overnight moving the price of regular self-serve down to $1.20.

In Toronto, the unregulated price of gas is expected to remain steady with a litre selling at $1.18 in Canada’s biggest city
