Oval open for Christmas Day

Ice crews at the Emera Oval have a Christmas present for you.

The oval will officially open tomorrow from 2-4pm for the first public skate of the 2012/13 season.

Public skates will be held daily, as ice and weather conditions allow.

There will also be a family event at the oval on New Years Eve, featuring afternoon and evening skating, free face painting, live music and fireworks.
