Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing Halifax youth.
Fifteen-year-old Hayden Mitchell was last seen on Jan. 11 leaving his Spencer Avenue home around 8 a.m., but he never arrived at school.
He also never returned home but police say he did contact a friend on Jan. 12 via social media.
Hayden is described as white, 5’3, 90 lbs., slim build, with short blond hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a red and black jacket, black jeans, black boots, and carrying a black backpack.
Police don’t think foul play is involved but there is concern for his well-being.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 490-5016.
