Visa card outage fixed

Holders of Visa cards are able to charge again after now that a nationwide Visa outage has been resolved.
Hundreds of credit card users across Canada took to Twitter yesterday to complain about their cards being declined when they tried to use them.
Visa says the problem did not lie with its network and blames a third-party credit card processor Tsys.
A Visa official says a power outage at the payment processor resulted in the failure of some payment transactions.
The Royal Bank and T-D Canada Trust were among the big banks who said their customers were affected by the outage.
Both banks confirmed their Visa cards were working again by last night.
