Missing teen presumed drowned

RCMP say a 14-year-old boy is presumed drowned after a boating accident off the northeast coast of Cape Breton.

Five teens were out in a wooden boat late Friday night when they began taking on water and capsized in Ingonish harbour. Four of the teens, aged 14 to 18, made it to shore, but a 14-year-old is still missing.

A dive team has been called in to help with the recovery effort.
