Metro Transit route and schedule changes take effect

Changes to bus schedules and routes in Halifax go into effect today.

There are about a dozen changes, including increased service on the Route 1 Spring Garden, Route 7 Robie ad Route 14 Leiblin Park

Route 8 service is discontinued, but Route 41 Dartmouth/Dalhousie and Route 42 Lacewood/Dalhousie are reinstated.

The changes come ahead of the fare adjustment coming at the end of September.
