Tropical Storm Gabrielle re-forms in the Atlantic

Tropical Storm Gabrielle has re-formed in the Atlantic.

It is scheduled to reach Bermuda Tuesday afternoon, and the re-strengthening of the storm is something we need to keep an eye on going into the weekend.

However, News 95.7 Meteorologist Richard Zurawski says it doesn’t look like Gabrielle will reach hurricane status.

“The big thing to be concerned about is that sometime Friday, around noon, it looks like Gabrielle will probably go to the south of the Maritimes,” said Zurawski.

He says determining where exactly it’s going to hit is hard, but doesn’t matter because the storm is going to be so big and wide.

Zurawski adds you can expected lots of rain, and strong winds.
