Rogers cell phone service restored

Rogers and Fido wireless voice and SMS services are fully restored after a service interruption last night affected all wireless voice service across the country along with some SMS service.
Rogers President Nadir Mohamed apologized for the interruption, calling it “unacceptable for our customers.”
The company says it’s continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue to help ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Rogers and Fido will proactively credit all of its postpaid wireless customers for one day of service.
