Another increase at the pumps expected

Gas prices are on their way up again.
Our newsroom has crunched the numbers and we are prediction that the price for a litre of regular self-serve will increase by about a penny a litre at midnight tonight.
George Murphy of Consumers for Fair Gas Prices told News 95.7 he expects prices will continue to increase as we get closer to the holidays.
“We’re going to see a lot more people travelling over the Christmas season,” explained Murphy.
Murphy also said he’s concerned with trend of home heating oil prices.
He said there was very little relief shown in that market during the low demand summer season and now that winter is at our door, he expects prices to increase with higher demand.
