Maritimers are digging out today from a brawny blizzard that descended on the region yesterday.
The hardest hit area appears to be the southwestern edges of Nova Scotia and all along the Atlantic coastline.
However, Environment Canada is now saying residents can expect a warming trend to start Sunday followed by rain, wind and mild conditions on Monday.
Forecasters are also saying temperatures may fall well below freezing again on Tuesday.
