Health business plans approved

HALIFAX, N.S. – The Nova Scotia government has approved the business plans for the province’s nine district health authorities and the IWK Health Centre in Halifax.

The government had asked all of the boards to freeze their budgets this year.

Health Minister Leo Glavine says the funding freeze is not expected to have an impact on patient care.
