Police investigate cause of fatal snowmobile crash in Nova Scotia

OXFORD, N.S. – Police say a 42-year-old man is dead after a snowmobile crash in Nova Scotia’s Cumberland County.

RCMP say the accident happened around 9 p.m. Saturday on a groomed trail near Fountain Lake, about 30 kilometres south of Oxford.

The Mounties say Wayne Jennings of Halifax died after losing control of his snowmobile and rolling over.

Police continue to investigate.
