Increase in gas prices

There was a small jump at the pump at midnight

Regulated prices went up by 1.4 cents a litre, moving the minimum price to $133.2.

Diesel prices are also up this morning, with the price for fuel increasing by 1.1 cents to a minimum of $132.2.

At this time last year, we were paying $1.34 for gas and $1.30 for diesel. Oil was trading at $107.33 U.S. on the markets, just under $7 more than yesterday’s closing price of $95.51.
