Trevor Hannan, 23, of Dartmouth will face charges of first degree murder and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
On August 30th just after 10:30 p.m., witnesses reported they saw two males assaulting a man in a parking lot on Windmill Road near Albro Lake Road.
When officers arrived on scene, Daniel Pellerin was found unconscious suffering from stab wounds. He was pronounced dead after arriving at hospital.
A 15-year-old Dartmouth boy arrested Thursday is also facing first degree murder in the case, along with several other charges including possession of an unauthorized firearm and careless use of a firearm.
Both are due in court Monday.
