HMCS Toronto taking part in Exercise NOBLE JUSTIFICATION

A Halifax-based navy frigate is joining ‘Exercise NOBLE JUSTIFICATION’ as part of her deployment in response to aggressive military actions from Russia towards Ukraine.
HMCS Toronto, along with other warships, will participate in task force training exercises in the eastern Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea regions from now until October 26th.
The exercise will involve more than 5,000 military and naval personnel, as well as 22 warships from 16 NATO nations including Belgium, France, Germany and the U.S.
HMCS Toronto has a crew of 250 personnel of all ranks, including a CH-124 Sea King helicopter and air detachment.
