HMCS Athabaskan returns to Halifax today.

The ship has been on a seven-week deployment, participating in a mutli-national campaign against trafficking and organized crime.

As part of Operation CARIBBE, earlier this month, Athabaskan’s crew seized 820 kilograms of cocaine off the coast of Colombia.

She’s expected to arrive at 11 a.m.
