Gas drops again in Nova Scotia

The trend of falling gas prices continues in Nova Scotia.

The provincial regulator lowered the price for regular self-serve at midnight by an even 3 cents a litre to a new minimum price of 91.3.

Good news is also good for those needing diesel, the minimum price for fuel dropped by 2.1 cents per litre to 105.3.

At this time last year, drivers in the province were paying 1.30 for gasoline, 1.38 for diesel.

Oil was trading at $92.48 U.S per barrel, just over $43 more than yesterday’s closing price of $49.01.
