HALIFAX – Police in Nova Scotia say a medical condition may have led to a car crash that killed a man.

They say the 58-year-old man was the only person in the car when he lost control and smashed into a snowbank.

The accident occurred on MacPhee Road just before noon yesterday in East Hants.

The man from Nine Mile River was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

RCMP are investigating, but didn’t reveal what medical condition the man may have had.
