HALIFAX – No one was hurt after Regional Fire crews quickly contained two house fires overnight, one in Halifax and the other in Cole Harbour.

Crews were first called to 73 Willowdale Dr. in Cole Harbour, where fire caused significant damage to a home, but a cause has yet to be determined.

A second call was to a home on Robie Street near Normandy Drive, but that fire was quickly contained.

A cause of that fire has not yet been released either.
