EASTERN PASSAGE, N.S. — Halifax District RCMP and Halifax Regional Police continue to investigate a break and enter that occurred in Eastern Passage on Sunday morning.
Around 10:00 a.m. on November 22, officers with Halifax RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter at a home on Thorncrest Court in Eastern Passage.
Investigators say just before 8:30 a.m., a man and woman entered the home and pointed a gun at the home owner, before demanding money.
Police say the male suspect who entered the home is described as black, fairly short with a stocky build and in his twenties and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
The female suspect is described as also being in her twenties.
Both suspects then fled the scene in a White Dodge Charger, which was described as a 2012 model or newer. Police say the vehicle was being driven by another man that was parked outside.
The home owner wasn’t injured during the incident.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen the vehicle or any suspicious activity at that time on Sunday in Eastern Passage to contact Halifax District RCMP, Halifax Regional Police or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
