‘Ghost wind’ blows through Nova Centre

Many in the downtown core during yesterday’s high winds reported hearing an eerie sound coming from the Nova Centre.
It was captured on video and posted to Twitter.
The howling noise appears to have been created by winds blowing through the open floors of the under construction building.
Social media posters described it as sounding like a ghost wind, a banshee, with The Carleton’s Mike Campbell throwing in ‘Satan’s pan flute’
