Mooseheads beat the Titan 4-2

BATHURST, N.B. – The Halifax Mooseheads beat the Acadie-Bathurst Titan 4-2 tonight at the Centre Régional K.C. Irving.

Maxime Fortier had a big day, scoring two of Halifax’s goals early in the third period.

Arnaud Durandeau and Ilya Putintsev each tacked on additional goals in the third period as well.

The Titan outshot the Mooseheads 41-29.

2. Bat – #11 Christophe Boivin
3. Hal – #89 Otto Somppi

On Friday, the Herd heads home to host the Moncton Wildcats. Tune in to NEWS 95.7 at 6:30 pm for the pre-game show with John Moore and Steve Carr.
