Elderly man facing child pornography and firearm charges

WILMOT, NS – A 72 year-old-man from Wilmot is facing a slew of charges including Child Pornography and Firearm charges.
On June 8, The Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit conducted the search and David Earl Attree was arrested following the search without incident.
Local RCMP say he has has been charged with making Child Pornography Available, Possession of Child Pornography, and two counts of Unsafe Storage of a Firearm.
Attree has been released on strict conditions and will appear in Annapolis Royal Court on July 24, 2017.
