Today we'll see snow, changing to periods of rain near noon. There will be blowing snow over exposed areas this morning.

Snowfall amount will be 5 to 10 cm. Rainfall amount will be 5 to 10 mm.

Wind will come from the east at 40 km/h gusting to 60, except gusting to 80 along the coast. There will be a high of plus 4C.

Tonight we'll have periods of rain and a low of zero.
