Man arrested for performing indecent act

A man has been charged after an incident in North End Halifax last night.

According to a press release from Halifax Regional Police, officers responded to a report of a man performing an indecent act at around 12:40 Saturday morning in the area of 2300 Gottigen Street.

Officers arrested a 43 year old man for performing an indecent act and numerous breaches of court orders.

He's scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.
