Man dead after fatal motorcyle crash involving deer near Truro (update)
TRURO, N.S. – A man is dead after a fatal motorcycle collision with a deer on Highway 102 near Truro.
Police confirmed a 60-year-old man from West St. Andrews in Colchester County was dead at the scene following the collision.
The crash took place in the northbound lanes at Exit 13A Thursday morning.

The northbound lanes were shut down but have since reopened.
