Rain. Fog patches dissipate in the morning then 5 to 10 mm of rain is expected.
Wind is northeast at 20 km/h, shifting east at 20 km/h gusting to 40 near noon.
The daytime temperature is steady near 8°C and the UV index is 1 or low.
Overnight we will see another 20 to 30 mm of rain, at times heavy and with 40 mm in areas of heaviest rain.
Fog patches developing in the evening, the wind shifts southeast at 30 km/h gusting to 50 becoming southwest 20 before morning.
The temperature rises to 15°C by morning.
