Today will be mainly sunny with winds from the  northwest at 30 km/h gusting to 50. A daytime high of plus 3 is expected with a UV index of 2 or low.

Tonight will be clear with increasing cloudiness before morning. Winds from the  northwest at 20 km/h becoming light in the evening. There will be a low of minus 6 except zero along parts of the coast with a wind chill of minus 3 in the evening and minus 8 overnight.
