Meanwhile, the wind will blow northwestward at 30 km/h, gusting up to 50 km/h. The wind will then blow westward at 20 km/h, gusting to 40 km/h near noon. 

The daytime high is expected to be plus 1°C, with the temperature falling to -1°C in the afternoon. The UV index will be at 1 or low throughout the day.

Tonight, there will be periods of snow with the overnight low reaching -8°C.
