George Dixon Centre splash pad expected to be closed for rest of season

A broken waterline has shut down the splash pad at the George Dixon Centre.

The Halifax Regional Municipality sys the Gottingen Street facility is expected to stay closed for the rest of the summer season.

HRM says those looking for a place to cool off can find a list of municipal beaches, outdoor pools and splash pads online.
