ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) _ Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. (ALSK) on Wednesday reported second-quarter profit of $2.4 million.
The Anchorage, Alaska-based company said it had net income of 4 cents per share.
The Alaskan broadband and service company posted revenue of $59.5 million in the period.
Alaska Communications expects full-year revenue in the range of $232 million to $237 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company’s shares hit $2.40. A year ago, they were trading at $1.78.
