Charges anticipated after persons of interest identified

By Meghan Groff

Halifax Regional Police say two persons of interest have been identified in a break and enter investigation.

Tools, electronics and a wallet were taken from a home on Dartmouth's Paul David Court during a break-in in the early hours of Oct. 20.

Soon after, financial cards from the wallet were used at multiple businesses in Dartmouth and Cole Harbour.

Last Thursday, HRP released surveillance photos of two persons of interest in the case, which led to many tips from the public.

Two suspects have now been identified and police say charges are anticipated.
