‘Urgent repairs’ on the MacKay Bridge Tuesday
Urgent repairs on the MacKay Bridge will close one lane in each direction on Tuesday.
Halifax Harbour Bridge says road deck work will take place July 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“The emergency repairs will take place on the two south lanes where a paving failure is creating a pressing safety concern,” it says in a news release.

Work is also being done for the next two weeks on the Macdonald Bridge sidewalk.
