Josh, Greg and Max said they've been following MacKinnon since his time in Minor Hockey.
“So we've been following him for 10 years and now that he's won the cup we wanted to come down and support him,” Josh said.
Brad Lepine and Spencer Statton were watching the parade from Citadel Hill.
Lepine says the turnout was fantastic, although the sun was beating down hard.
“I was here to see Crosby so it's nice to see it come back again,” Lepine said.

Dawson White, another spectator viewing the parade from Citadel Hill, said MacKinnon is a great hockey player, so it's fantastic to see him bring the cup home.
“When he was at the Mooseheads, he was one of the best players out there on the ice and everyone knew he had the potential to be amazing,” White said.
“He's a hard worker, clearly because he's hoisting the Stanley Cup in his hometown, so it's nice to see his efforts paid off.”
