Heat warnings continue with humidex values in the high 30s

Another day, another heat warning for Nova Scotia.

Environment Canada says the areas within Halifax Regional Municipality will see high temperatures of 28 C on Tuesday, but with the humidity factored in, it will feel more like 38.

People near the coastline will feel some relief, as temperatures are a full 7 C cooler at the ocean.

Forecasters expect the hot weather to continue through the day Tuesday and through much of Wednesday before showers move into the area Wednesday night.

Temperatures will drop to the 24 C range, which is normal for this time of year.
