Investigation continues into early morning shooting in Halifax’s North End

Officers were called to an area in the 5800 block of Duffus Street in Halifax around 1:40 Wednesday morning after reports of a man who was injured.

When they arrived, police found a 39-year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound.  The man was rushed from the scene to hospital with what police describe as non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are looking for information about a dark-coloured SUV that was seen in the area of the shooting.
