Mooseheads snap losing streak to the Titan

The Mooseheads are back on track following a couple of loses on their Quebec road trip.

The Herd beat the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on Thursday night 4-1 on home ice.

Braedon MacPhee scored two power play goals in the first and second period, with Quinn Kennedy assisting with one of those goals. Kennedy also scored in the second period.

MacPhee and Kennedy got first and second stars of the game respectively, and the third star went to Mooseheads left winger Shawn Carrier who picked up two assists.

Antoine Fontaine scored the Herds 4th goal towards the end of the third period, his tenth of the season.

The Mooseheads have a chance to make it two in a row when they play against the Chicoutimi Sagueneens at Scotiabank Centre on Friday night.

Puck drop is at 7PM and Garreth MacDonald will have all the play-by-play action on 95.7 News Radio.
