Police in Halifax say a shooting that saw three people injured on Monday night is not believed to have been random.
Halifax Regional Police officers were called to Ruben Court in Dartmouth just before midnight where they found a man and two women who had been shot.
In an email to CityNews Halifax, HRP spokesperson Cst. Martin Cromwell says none of the three victims suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting.
Asked if there are any suspects in the shooting, Cromwell said police do not believe it was a random act.
No other details have been provided as police say the investigation remains in the early stages.
