Search underway for man after boat capsizes in rural HRM
A search is underway for a man after a boat capsized in rural Halifax Regional Municipal on Thursday night.
At roughly 8:15 p.m., emergency crews responded to a report of a capsized boat on Cousins Lake in Devon.
Mounties said two men were travelling on the lake in a small pleasure craft when it capsized. A 50-year-old man who swam to the shore and called for help suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by EHS.

But the second passenger, a 58-year-old man from Truro, is still missing.
Police said the search is being assisted by Halifax Ground Search and Rescue, Musquodoboit Valley GSAR and the RCMP Underwater Recovery Team. The Civil Air Search and Rescue was also called in to search the area by air.
