Gas prices up slightly as diesel falls

It’s going to cost you a little bit more to fill up your gas tank on Friday morning in the Halifax area.

The Nova Scotia Energy Board used its weekly adjustment at midnight to raise the price for self-serve regular gasoline by half a cent to 144.1.

On the diesel side prices are down Friday morning, dropping 2.4 cents to 155.7.

One year ago we were paying $1.73 for gasoline, and $1.75 for diesel.
