Emergency alert issued for missing man

A multi-agency search is underway for a man officials say is a vulnerable person.

Jason Lorette, 47, was reported missing on March 20.

Ground Search and Rescue Teams from Colchester County, Pictou County and East Hants, as well as the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association, are working alongside RCMP in the area near Harmony Road.

Officials have released an emergency alert asking residents to avoid the area.
