An interrupter clause by the Nova Scotia Energy Board changed the price of diesel across the province significantly.
On Nov. 4, the price of diesel decreased to 253.5 — a 13-cent drop overnight. The price of gasoline remains at 181.6, the release shows.
This is the first significant drop in the price of diesel in more than a month, as the price of oil worldwide saw fewer fluctuations than in September. That month the energy board interrupted the price of diesel several times.
The new price is lower than it was all of October.
