HRM CFO Cathie O’Toole resigns

Another of City Hall’s to bureaucrats is leaving. Chief Financial Officer Cathie O’Toole has tendered her resignation.

She’s leaving HRM to take a job with the Halifax Water Commission.

Her last day with HRM will be April 9.
