More Bluenosers are changing teams as the NHL trade deadline draws closer.

On the heels of Truro’s own Zach Sill being traded last week to the Maple Leafs, Lower Sackville’s James Sheppard is also packing his backs.

The 6’1″ centre is switching coasts after being traded from the San Jose Sharks to the New York Rangers yesterday.

Sheppard has 5 goals and 11 assists on the season.

The NHL trade-deadline is at 4 p.m. Atlantic.

Sportsnet’s TV coverage starts at 9 a.m., or you can follow along online.
