Autopsy planned for couple found dead in Barr Settlement

The bodies of 53-year-olds Ellen and James Russell Hall were found in their Barr Settlement home around 7:30 Friday morning.
Sgt. Brigit Leger says cause of death has not been determined.
“As you can appreciate we’re still very much in preliminary stages of this investigation,” she said. “In all instances of a suspicious death we have the option of ordering an autopsy. An autopsy has been ordered and although it is ordered one has not been scheduled as of yet.”
RCMP say they suspect foul play and have deemed the deaths suspicious.
