Roleika Drive residents still camping out after fire

Eighty-five Dartmouth residents are still waiting to find out when they’ll be allowed to return home after a fire in their apartment building.

The Roleika Drive building caught fire Thursday evening and there was serious damage to two storeys.

Metro Halifax reports an inspection team for the building’s insurance broker is working to determine which apartments are safe for tenants to move back into. They’re expected to finish their work today.

There’s still no word on what started the blaze.
