Wind is south at 20 km/h, shifting southwest at 30 km/h gusting to 50 in the morning. The daytime high temperature is plus 3C.

Overnight we'll see periods of rain, accumulating another 2 to 4 mm, with fog patches developing in the evening.

The temperature remains steady near plus 3C.
