Man Charged with Drug Trafficking in Halifax

Halifax Regional Police have laid drug trafficking charges against a suspect following a drug trafficking investigation on Tuesday.

Officers arrested the individual at a residence in the 2100 block of Gottingen Street and subsequently seized a quantity of crack cocaine in the process.

The suspect, a 40-year-old unidentified man, is now slated to appear in Halifax provincial court later to face a single count of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
