A Winsdor Junction man is being charged with more child pornography offences after failing to comply with a court order.

According to RCMP, last July, investigators executed several search warrants at a home on Windsor Junction Road where they arrested and later charged a 57-year-old man. Several electronic devices were seized at the scene.

Police said after going through 70 terabytes of digital evidence, officers arrested the now 58-year-old man on June 25. He is scheduled for a court appearance in Dartmouth Provincial Court.

In addition to last year’s charges, Robert Edward List faces charges including 11 counts of failure to comply with a court order and possession of a firearm contrary to a court order.

Some of the last year’s charges included sexual assault, making child pornography and possession of child pornography, among others.

Mounties said at this time, the historical charges are in relation to three victims who were youths at the time of the offences.

List appeared in court and was remanded into custody. He will return in Dartmouth Provincial Court on July 25.
