Five people have been forced from their homes after a fire in Liverpool.
According to the Liverpool fire department, the blaze started in a ground level apartment on Payzant Street and was contained to one room.
Damage to the two apartment structure is said to be minor, but bad enough to force a couple and their baby living in an upstairs apartment to stay with family and friends.
A woman and her teenaged son living on the ground floor were provided with a place to stay from the owner of the building.
At this time, the cause of the fire is unknown.
